Young Women of Society, Inc. is an 501(c)3 Non Profit Organization designed to teach girls that being good citizens, helping others, doing great in school, becoming leaders, understanding self values, and portraying positive attitudes at home and other places is always in style! Our goal is to instill the importance of having morals, principles, standards, and core values while having fun!
Since 2014, we’ve impacted hundreds of lives through workshops, service projects, retreats, and powerful leadership experiences.

What We Do
At Young Women of Society, Inc., we provide young women with impactful opportunities to develop essential life skills, foster social connections, and build a supportive sisterhood. Through our diverse programming—such as annual retreats, monthly workshops, educational trips, volunteer projects, mentor relationships, and empowering conferences—we equip young women with the tools they need for success in every aspect of life.

Hi Everyone! I’m Crystal Green-Hawkins, the founder of Young Women of Society, a wife, and a proud mother of four beautiful girls. As you can imagine, raising four girls made it clear to me that a safe, supportive space was essential for young women to thrive and cultivate a healthy, balanced lifestyle. In 2014, we started facilitating workshops right in our basement, not realizing how great the need was. What began as an effort to share the same love and guidance we give our daughters quickly grew into something much bigger than we could have imagined.
